About Our Die-Cut Vinyl Decals:
Our die-cut decals has no background and no clear background liner. The background color will be the color of the surface you place it on, or clear if you put it on a window.
Our Decal products has the following layers when you receive them:
1st layer is the transparent transfer tape.
(Holds your decal or sticker together for simple application)
2nd layer is your actual decal/sticker.
3rd layer is the paper backing of the actual decal/sticker
(protects the adhesive and require to be removed before application)
Application Instructions
1. Rub the sticker to be sure the transfer tape is properly adhered to the sticker.
2. Clean and dry the desired area. Stickers will stick best to clean smooth surfaces.
3. Remove the wax backing slowly making sure the sticker stays adhered to the transparent transfer tape.
4. Carefully position the sticker to the desired area.
5. Rub the sticker from one side to the other, eliminating any air bubbles.
6. Use a object like a credit card to make sure the entire sticker is fully adhered to the surface.
7. Slowly remove the transfer tape, making sure no part of the sticker remains on the transfer tape.
8. Check for air bubbles. In most cases air bubbles can be worked to the edge of the sticker, but if not, a pin hole will allow the air out and become virtually invisible.
Application Tips
-Before applying your decal, make sure the surface area where you are going to be put your decal is clean and free from grease.
-Do not touch the backing of the decal after the protective backing has been remove as the natural oil from your fingers can prevent the adhesive to stick.
-Do not apply the decal/stickers in cold or extreme heated surface. If the surface is heated by the sun, move it to a shaded area and let surface cool down before applying your decal. If the surface is too cold, use a hair dryer and warm it up before applying your decal. Heat gun can also be use but with extreme caution as it could damage your surface paint.
